Safegram Privacy Policy

Effective date: March 19, 2026

1. Our Privacy Commitment

Safegram is built to prioritize user trust and data safety. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

2. Data We Collect

We collect information necessary to operate the platform: account profile details, content you upload, messages metadata, security logs, and device/network diagnostics used for reliability and abuse prevention.

3. How We Use Data

We use data to deliver core features (posts, stories, messaging, follow system), secure accounts, detect abuse, improve performance, process user safety reports, enforce community standards, and communicate important service notices.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared only with trusted processors required to run the service (for example hosting, storage, delivery, and fraud protection), and only under contractual safeguards.

5. Content Visibility Controls

Safegram supports public and private account settings. Private account content is accessible only to approved followers. You control your profile visibility and can update privacy settings from the app.

6. Data Retention

We retain data while your account is active and as needed for legal, compliance, security, and dispute purposes. You can request deletion directly in-app through the Delete Account flow. We process account deletion requests and remove account data except where retention is legally required.

7. Security Measures

We apply administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect user data from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure. No system is perfect, but security is continuously improved.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to certain processing activities. Safegram includes an in-app account deletion option to help you exercise these rights without requiring external customer support steps.

9. Children's Privacy

Safegram is not intended for users below the minimum legal digital age in their jurisdiction without proper consent.

10. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy as the service evolves. Material updates will be reflected with a revised effective date.
