Safegram Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Safegram, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

3. Acceptable Use

Safegram has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You agree not to post or share unlawful, hateful, sexually exploitative, self-harm promoting, violent, harassing, or fraudulent content. Violations may result in immediate content removal and account suspension or termination.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. By posting on Safegram, you grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display your content only as needed to operate the service.

5. Community and Moderation

Safegram provides in-app mechanisms to report objectionable content and block abusive users. Blocking removes that user from your feed and interactions immediately. We review and act on safety reports within 24 hours, including removal of violating content and disabling offending accounts where required.

6. Privacy and Data Security

Safegram is designed with privacy-first standards. We do not sell user personal data to third parties. Data use is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

Safegram branding, design, code, and service materials are protected intellectual property owned by the platform and/or its licensors. Unauthorized copying or reuse is prohibited.

8. Service Availability

We may update, change, or temporarily interrupt service for maintenance, security, or technical reasons. We are not liable for downtime beyond reasonable control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Safegram is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation. Liability is limited to the amount paid, if any, for the service.

10. Termination

You may stop using Safegram at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, legal requirements, or safety risk.

11. Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your account directly inside the app from Profile > Delete Account. Account deletion removes your profile and associated content, subject to limited legal retention requirements.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
